The Practice OS mark draws itself, and the staff portal assembles around it. “One system for a small therapy practice.” The dashboard for Oceanside Wellness Group opens on Tuesday, August 11.
“Every morning opens on what needs attention.” Clinical alerts list new insurance details sent from the app, a session cancelled from the app, and a client with no recent check-in, each ready to acknowledge.
“Your client checks in from the app between sessions.” On the client’s phone, a mood check-in runs from question 1 of 9 to 9 of 9 and saves: “Thanks, your mood check-in is in.” No score is shown to the client. “The score goes straight to the chart.” On the dashboard, R. Alvarez’s PHQ-9 moves from 12 to 18, now moderately severe: “The clinician knows before the session starts.”
