How it works

A client arrives
They tap their therapist’s name and appointment time on the kiosk in your waiting room. That’s the whole client experience: no account, no app to install, no forms.

Their clinician knows
As soon as a client checks in, their clinician gets a text message, usually within seconds. No pager, no hallway glance, no interrupting the session before this one.

The front desk sees the day
The VibedIn portal shows the day’s check-ins as they happen: which appointments have arrived and how long they’ve been waiting, for every clinician at once.

The VibedIn kiosk
The tablet runs the kiosk and nothing else. Clients can’t wander into other apps, there are no visible buttons to poke at, and staff unlock it with a private PIN gesture.
A text, not a knock
Each check-in reaches the clinician as a text message. If a text can’t be sent, the VibedIn portal flags it, so the front desk can let the clinician know in person. Nothing to install on personal phones.
